BodyBalance is a new generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. Originating from New Zealand, our classes are the official Les Mills programme which is taught all around the world.

If you’ve previously participated in a BodyBalance class at a gym or leisure centre, this is the exact same class that you know and love, with just a little more time and space, and in beautiful surroundings.

Expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of tai-chi and Pilates, while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background. Breath control is a part of all the exercises, and our instructors will provide options to suit all levels.

Whether you’re brand new or an experienced yogi, BodyBalance is an amazing holistic workout which will bring your body into a state of harmony and balance.

Our physical space is modern, light, spacious and welcoming

 

Virtual classes take place via our specialist fitness class livestreaming software. Once registered for a class you will automatically be emailed a link to join 30 minutes before the start time.

Class Formats

BodyBalance With Extended Relaxation/Meditation
75 minute live class - 55 minutes of exercises, followed by 15-20 minutes of guided relaxation and meditation

Virtual BodyBalance Complete
60 minute livestream class - 45-50 minutes of exercises, followed by 5-10 minutes of guided relaxation and meditation

Virtual BodyBalance Express Flexibility
45 minute livestream class - 40 minutes of strength-focussed exercises, followed by 5 minutes of guided relaxation

Virtual BodyBalance Express Strength
45 minute livestream class - 40 minutes of flexibility-focussed exercises, followed by 5 minutes of guided relaxation
